Position Summary
Temporary faculty are needed to supervise field students and student teachers in multiple certification areas. Additionally, some temporary faculty may be hired to teach coursework in the CIEL Department as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters in Education or related field.
Successful and recent teaching and/or administrative experience in Birth-12th grade programs or in higher education teacher preparation.
Ability to articulate knowledge and understanding of current best practices in supervision or a content-related field in PK-12 education.
Commitment to the education of diverse populations.
Successful performance in an interview and teaching demonstration.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous teaching and/or supervision experience in higher education strongly preferred.
