Job Description

Mizzou Academy is welcoming applications from individuals who enjoy
working closely with students and families, collaborating with colleagues, and supporting teaching and learning in innovative K-12 settings.
The Educational Program Associate III blends instructional work with direct student services and serves as a key point of connection among
academic, counseling, and support services teams, making a meaningful difference in communication and the overall experience of students and
families in our school community. This position is a great fit for organized, communicative candidates who are energized by helping others
navigate academic programs and who reflect the school’s mission and values in their daily work.
Primary Duties – Academic
Support (70%)

  • Serve on an academic instructional team, providing feedback on student work in online, blended, and
    asynchronous learning environments.
  • Apply program expectations, grading standards, and feedback practices through instructional
    practices.
  • Develop a working understanding of Mizzou Academy’s academic programs, course structures, and instructional
    models.
  • Use instructional experience to inform student support, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Assist with academic and
    partner communications, including light editing of newsletters, emails, and related materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment
    with Mizzou Academy’s mission and values.

Secondary Duties – Student & Support Services (30%)


  • Serve as
    a primary point of contact for students and families, responding to inquiries via phone and email, and directing them to appropriate
    resources.
  • Facilitate communication among students, instructors, counselors, and support services staff.
  • Support counseling
    and student services by assisting with coordination, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
  • Help maintain consistent response timelines
    and service coverage for student and family inquiries.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, student-centered environment and a consistent
    Mizzou Academy presence within the shared on-campus office space.


Shift



Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00
p.m.
In-Person with Flexibility
Full-Time: 40 hours per week



Minimum Qualifications

An Associate’s
degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 months of experience from which comparable knowledge and
skills can be acquired is necessary


Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s
degree in Education; experience supporting students in an online context; experience supporting students in either international or
intercultural contexts; experience working with international student populations; experience with SIS systems and data; experience with
Canvas and exported data; experience with Smartsheet; and experience with Google.


Anticipated Hiring Range


Salary Range: $17.05 – $22.00 per hour
Grade: GGS 007
University Title: EDUCATIONAL PGM ASSOCIATE III
