JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS


Student Disability Resources (SDR) is hiring part-time exam assistants. Hours will vary daily, between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday – Friday). The hourly rate is $15 – Per Diem-maximum 24 hours per week.

Exams will be held in person. Responsibilities include administering exams,
being alert and observant during exams, respecting the confidentiality of the SDR department and students receiving accommodations, and maintaining the integrity of the testing environment.



Must be comfortable with in-person (only) proctoring and have a basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook. Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
