Job Description:

Exercise some judgment to
comply with instructions and established procedures in performing a sequence of operations.


Education and
Experience:

High school education and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


One year of
experience in food services.

Must have a valid drivers license.


Skills and Knowledge:

Responsibilities:

Assist with the physical arrangement for functions and
events, such as setting up stands, tables, chairs, and table settings.


Gather food, equipment and supplies for delivery to
functions.

Load, unload and operate vans and trucks used in delivering food and supplies to campus.


Receive and check
deliveries against invoices and move items to proper sites.

Rotate stock for proper usage.


Clean up after functions including
washing and storing dishes and packing up unused food and supplies.

Assist in preparation and serving of food when
necessary.


Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly area by cleaning and maintaining stands, vending rooms, loading docks, freezers,
coolers, storeroom and storage areas.


Take inventory.
