Description:

Follow instructions to perform a variety of duties in a dining hall or related
facility.

Education and Experience:

The ability to read, write, and follow instructions; record
temperatures on dish machines, freezers, etc.

Skills and Knowledge:

Responsibilities:

Load and operate a dishwashing machine.

Remove
and store washed dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, etc.

Wash pots, pans and cooking utensils.

Mop floors, wash walls windows,
cabinets, shelves, equipment, etc., including locker room and bathroom areas.

Clear and clean tables and dispose of trash and
garbage.

Observe safety and health regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation.

May move materials into and out
of storage area.

May fill milk and beverage dispensers and replenish as needed.
