About This Role

The
PeopleSoft Developer II – Data, Reporting & Integrations provides technical development and support for the PeopleSoft CS and HCM
environments, with primary responsibility for ERP data flows, reporting solutions, and system integrations.

This position designs,
develops, and supports secure, reliable, and scalable ERP data exchanges and reporting capabilities that enable institutional
decision-making and cross-system interoperability.


This role works collaboratively with functional analysts, data operations,
business intelligence teams, and integration partners to ensure accurate, timely, and secure information exchange across university
systems.

This position is Hybrid eligible.


This position is
on-site with the potential to be hybrid in the future. Additional details about hybrid work will be discussed during interviews.

All
employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid

What You’ll Need to Succeed



Minimum
Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and six years of relevant experience in relational databases
    and SQL, and system integrations, data extracts, or reporting solutions. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience
    and education.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in technical or
    business-related discipline.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Five or more years of relevant experience
    supporting PeopleSoft CS and/or HCM environments.
  • Experience designing and supporting ETL processes and enterprise
    reporting.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security best practices, and structured data modeling.
  • Ability to translate
    business requirements into technical data and integration solutions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting
    skills.
