Orders Management

Ensure orders are received in line with monthly budget targets



Turnover Growth

Increase turnover of existing customers through upselling and cross‑selling
Set and achieve overall revenue targets for each account
Focus on “sell through” rather than “sell to” strategies


Product Range Expansion

Identify opportunities to win business where customers currently favour competitors
Strengthen relationships to ensure customer loyalty and reduce competitor influence


Customer Retention

Keep customers informed of new products, promotions, and marketing programs
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and responses


Customer Service

Communicate proactively about any supply chain delays
Assist customers with tenders and quotes when required
Provide feedback on sales performance by product category
Keep customers updated on rebate achievements



Requirements

Strong understanding of key account management and general sales principles
Solid product knowledge across relevant categories
Willingness to travel
Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience in the retail, agricultural, or industrial sectors

National Senior Certificate
