Minimum Requirements

Previous experience as a stock controller within the automotive industry essential
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive industry trends and terminology imperative
Strong administrative & multi-tasking skills
Assertiveness & Supervisory skills required
Basic accounting knowledge
Must be able to perform under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including tracking arrivals, departures, and location.
Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
Co-ordinate with sales, and finance departments to ensure timely and efficient processing of vehicle transactions.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to facilitate the procurement of vehicles and parts as needed.
Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures to optimise inventory management processes.
Provide support during physical inventory counts and reconcile inventory variances
Vehicle Invoicing & Creditors processing
