Description: Carroll College invites applications for a detail‑oriented and self‑motivated Student Accounts Coordinator to join
our Business Office team. This position plays a key role in managing the full lifecycle of student accounts receivable and ensuring
exceptional service to students and families.
The Student Accounts Coordinator is responsible for a broad range of accounting and
administrative functions, including developing and maintaining policies and systems related to student billing, collections, write‑offs,
general ledger reconciliations, and the resolution of student account balances. The role also serves as a financial counselor to students
and parents, providing clear guidance and support on account matters.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining the Student
Financials software module; producing year‑end student tax forms and ensuring timely submission to appropriate tax authorities; and
preparing requested documentation for the annual audit.
A central component of this position is delivering excellent, timely
customer service. The Coordinator builds strong rapport with students and their parents/guardians, ensuring they receive accurate,
accessible, and supportive information regarding their accounts.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business
Administration or related field. Will also consider an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field plus 2
years of progressively responsible work-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
