JOB PURPOSE

The Associate Director, OneCard/Parking Service Center is responsible for
assisting with the strategic oversight, daily operations, and continuous improvement of the OneCard/Parking Service Center. This role
ensures the efficient delivery of ID card services, parking access, and secure access control, to students, faculty, staff, and affiliates,
while maintaining high standards of customer service, data integrity, and system security. The Associate Director collaborates with campus
partners to expand card functionality, and enhance user experience across academic, residential, and auxiliary services. This position
reports to the Director, Campus & Contract Services.



Essential Functions

Oversee and enforce policies
regarding the issuance of campus ID cards and parking passes to students, faculty, staff, alumni, retirees, affiliates, and guests. Work
closely with University stakeholders and affiliate groups to issue cards to authorized individuals. Coordinate participation in orientation
programs for incoming students and faculty, with University Departments, Schools, and Colleges. Work with Parking and Transportation
Services to communicate essential parking information to the campus community and oversee parking pass sales and revenue collection
processes.



Coordinate the department’s participation in summer conference program planning, along with the OneCard/Parking Office
Manager. Collaborate with the Summer Conference Coordinator and ensure access for students, interns and conference guests to Housing
Facilities, Dining, Fitness Center, and Parking Facilities during the summer months.

Manage, train, and mentor OneCard/Parking
Service Center staff including OneCard Parking Office Manager and Accounting Assistant Senior. Foster a culture of service, excellence, and
innovation.



Direct the marketing and promotional activities of the OneCard/Parking Service center, including brochures, campus-wide
emails, notifications, and web updates. Collaborate with university and vendor partners to promote and expand programs that increase student
success such as the OneCard POS program, Off-Campus Vendor and Grub Hub program, Show Your OneCard and Save Program, and the Warrior Meal
Share program.

Assist the Director in developing and executing strategic plans for the OneCard/Parking Service Center. Lead auditing
initiatives, including regular access control audits and parking access audits to identify and eliminate fraud, parking abuse, and security
risks. Assist with policy creation, staff training documents, manuals, procedures, and other internal controls to reduce risk exposure and
ensure communication of expectations in the OneCard/Parking Service Center. Collaborate with the Director on the overall budget and manage
the student front desk budget in collaboration with Office Manager.



Serve as a liaison to internal and external constituents
representing the interests of the OneCard/Parking Service Center, as necessary. Obtain and provide information to remain current with
educational trends and developments. Attend meetings, conferences, and maintain memberships in pertinent professional
organizations.

Act as a valued member of the Business Services management team and perform other related duties as
assigned.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS



Education

Bachelor’s
degree.


Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Education, or related
field.


Experience

Specialist (minimum 5 years of job-related experience).

Minimum 5 years’ related
experience in a University or similar setting managing ID cards, access control, or other related departments.


KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Organization Leadership: Ability and willingness to make independent decisions, exhibiting sound and
accurate judgement. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff



Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making

Management Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to manage
multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Ability to manage staff performance. Knowledge of Onecard, Parking, Access Control management
and operations.



Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to clearly and articulately communicate information orally and in
writing to various audiences. Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential
information with discretion.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of CS Gold, T2/Flex, Genetec, Fargo Connect, Microsoft Office programs, or
similarly used programs and applications within card offices. Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.

Working conditions:


Working conditions are
typical for an office environment, which may include sitting at a desk, working at a computer, and going to and from meetings and campus
offices. Fast-paced environment during rush periods, especially during the spring/summer and the first 3-4 weeks of each semester.
Occasional weekend hours for special events such as Fall Opening/Move-In and Orientation events. This is a critical infrastructure position.
