Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Parking Maintenance Associate performs a combination of tasks that
lead to the upkeep of University’s parking lots and assures a safe and professional environment for the campus
community.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School diplomas or
GED

Experience: One year of previous related experience

Licensure & Certifications:

Job Duties:

• 50% – Operate Street Sweeper
• 20% –
  Provides routine maintenance of the University parking lots
• 10% – Provides maintenance on all department vehicles
• 10% –
  Maintains the equipment and supplies used to perform assigned duties
• 10% – Completes other duties as assigned to ensure efficient
  operation of Parking & Transportation
