Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Analyst position assists both the Director of Accounts Payable and the
Accounts Payable Coordinator with the activities of the Accounts Payable Department.
Essential Functions:
- Audit university travel/miscellaneous reimbursement requests in compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines of the
university. - Communicates frequently with faculty, staff and outside vendors both verbally and in writing on matters relating to
accounts payable transactions; acts a liaison between departments and vendors. - Initiate wires/ACH for vendor payments.
- Provides support and documentation on internal processes for accounts payable as required for audit purposes.
- Performs other
related duties as assigned by the Director and/or Coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field

Accounting
