Job Duties
(include, but not limited to):
- Receive and post cash transactions and perform related cashier functions to
include:- Verify & receipt daily deposits from departments across campus
- Prepare bank deposits
- Keep track of
Canadian Exchange and NSF funds
- Answer inquiries regarding student accounts
- Review and answer student questions
regarding 1098Ts, print new 1098Ts, assist in distributing yearly 1098Ts - Audit and mail accounts payable checks daily
- Scan
daily accounts payable vouchers - Provide information, assistance and direction to campus students and visitors

Perform
assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and
standards

Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
