Vice Chancellor- Student Success


The Student Success division supports many aspects of the student experience through coordinated programs and services.
Departments within the division manage functions related to engagement, retention, progression, and student support. Work includes
coordination of student support services and collaboration across academic and support units.


Job Description

This position will provide high-level administrative, operational, and project coordination support for the Division of Student
Success. Reporting to the Executive Communications Manager, the Senior Office Support Assistant helps facilitate divisional communications,
initiatives, events, and daily operations while supporting leadership and enhancing the efficiency and effectivness of the office suite.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate divisional administrative operations, project workflows, and leadership
    support activities to ensure efficient daily operations and alignment with divisional priorities
  • Manage and support divisional
    communications, including correspondence, newsletters, website updates, digital content, marketing materials, and communication workflows
    that support student success initiatives
  • Coordinate planning, logistics, and implementation support for divisional events,
    committees, trainings, meetings, and special projects to ensure successful execution and achievement of objectives
  • Support front
    office and shared operational functions, including visitor engagement, office coordination, resource management, scheduling support, and
    maintenance of division-wide administrative processes
  • Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance operational
    efficiency, communication effectiveness, organization, and service delivery across the division
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor
    project timelines, documentation, operational processes, and tracking systems to support divisional initiatives and improve organizational
    effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and
experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is
necessary


Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of experiences in an office setting
  • Prior experience
    in higher education

Anticipated Hiring Range



The anticipated hiring range for this position has been
established as $17.40-$20.00 hourly.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s
particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
