Job Summary

The Department of Behavioral Science is seeking an Administrative Support Associate II. Successful candidates will have skills such as attention to detail, organization, accuracy, the ability to work independently, experience with NIH grant preparation and progress reports, EPIC, research, project management, and excellent customer service skills.



Primary responsibilities include administrative and financial day-to-day activities such as managing calendars, communications with internal and external constituents including members of University leadership and external business and industry representatives; research support including assistance with submission, tracking, and correspondence of grants, and other special projects as assigned.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to multi-task, resourcefulness, and exceptional customer service skills. Will also require the ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines, problem-solve, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
