POSITION SUMMARY:


The
Compliance Analyst supports the University’s compliance and discrimination prevention/Title IX programs to help ensure adherence to
applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and institutional policies. This position also assists with compliance education and
training initiatives to promote awareness and alignment across the campus community.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulations, and analyze information to determine appropriate next steps.
  • Ability
    to create an inclusive learning environment for all learning needs.
  • Knowledge of learning and organizational development
    methodologies.
  • Evidence of excellent judgment, complex problem-solving capabilities, and responsiveness in crises and emergent
    situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent analytical and project management
    skills.
  • Ability to use tact and discretion, to maintain confidentiality, to interact diplomatically, and to maintain neutrality when
    working with a broad range of constituents.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
    environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel functions.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends,
    as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related or applicable area.
  • Two
    years
    of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience facilitating training
    programs.
  • Work experience in higher education preferred.


WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Full-time; Exempt;
    10-month position
  • Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM, however, some nights and weekends may be required.

SALARY
STRUCTURE:

Pay Grade 7 ($58,011 to $76,877)
