Position Summary:
This individual will work closely with the Director of the Student Health and Wellness Center to oversee the day-to-day operation of the clinic and provide general office support for the clinicians. Additional essential duties include developing and maintaining operational practices related to scheduling, data/record keeping, and organizational flow to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the clinic.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk to ensure an organized, steady work flow.
- Oversee the clinic schedule to ensure adequate coverage for various areas of service to include medical acute and episodic care, the drive-by COVID-19 testing center, and psych mental health.
- Interview, select, train, and schedule student workers for the Front Desk.
- Oversee the monitoring, purchasing, receipt and storage of office supplies.
- Generate all requisitions for procurement.
- Develop and maintain a “patient visit totals” spread sheet that tracks services rendered.
- Maintain immunization compliance with Banner holds and data entry.
- Attends Immunization Compliance meetings and contributes her analysis and interpretation of the annual mandatory ADH immunization survey.
- Develop and coordinate the billing of students/employees for health and wellness services
- Performs other duties as assigned.

General Days/Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma.
