The University of Evansville (UE) is seeking a highly professional, detail-oriented, and proactive
Administrative Associate to support the Dean of the College of Business and Engineering. This role is the operational heart of the Dean’s
Office, ensuring that our academic, administrative, and external engagement initiatives run with precision and excellence.

Key
Responsibilities
This role provides high-level executive support across several critical domains:
- Executive
Coordination: Manage the Dean’s calendar, prepare briefing materials and agendas, and handle high-level correspondence and data reporting
with total confidentiality. - Office & Financial Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain organized digital and physical
records, and monitor College budgets. You will handle procurement, invoices, and financial reporting with high accuracy. - Accreditation & Partnerships: Provide administrative support to the Dean for accreditation related activities for the College. You will
also coordinate academic partnerships, managing MOUs and logistics for partner institutions. - Event Planning: Orchestrate logistics
for advisory board meetings, faculty retreats, student competitions, and special programs, managing everything from catering to technology. - Student & Faculty Support: Serve as a welcoming point of contact for students, and assist with the onboarding of new faculty and
staff. - Any additional tasks as assigned by the Dean of the College of Business and Engineering.
Required
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior administrative or executive support experience, with a strong preference for
candidates from a higher education background. - Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent the Dean’s Office with professionalism and warmth. - Technical
Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn university-specific systems such as Colleague and Slate. - Attributes: Strong time-management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and an unwavering commitment to
maintaining confidentiality.

multiple priorities and anticipate the needs of a high-level executive office. - Collaboration: A proven track record of working
effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. - Accuracy: High attention to detail in financial tracking,
