Physical Requirements

Sitting for long periods of time working on computer, occasional walking indoors and
outdoors, occasional lifting up to 15 lbs; occasional day travel to attend off campus
meetings, occasional climbing stairs.



Shift

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours/week)



Job Summary

The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, customer service driven Administrative Services Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This is a critical role requiring excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative support tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment. The Administrative Assistant is a trusted partner, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Dean’s office.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities


Experience in prioritizing resources, oral and written
communication, confidentiality and attention to detail.
Proficiency with all MS Office applications, SAP, and strong organizational skills.
