Assistant – Maintenance

Overview

Assists with scheduled and non-scheduled preventative maintenance of various systems and equipment. Performs general building maintenance, inspection, repairs, and general maintenance of the grounds, lots and surroundings. Collects, recycles and removes trash from the property. Performs other related duties as assigned
* Requires High School Diploma or GED
* Requires one year experience in general maintenance, building construction or other relevant field.
* Prefer prior hospital maintenance experience
