JOB SUMMARY
Assist in the administration of various tests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist with department processes;
including, but not limited to: registration, data entry, ensuring completeness of testing applications, test scheduling and testing room
seating arrangements.

Maintain visual supervision of the candidates; observe candidates carefully to ensure that they are working in
the right section of the test booklet or answer sheet, for collusions, cheating and other improprieties or irregularities.


Score test
if required by Supervisor.

Adhere to departmental policies and procedures in cooperation with the Systems office.


May work
off-hours, including evenings and weekends.

Perform other duties, tasks and assignments as
required.


QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Testing
    experience preferred

Licensing & Certification


  • Valid Texas Driver License

Working Conditions
General Office. Must be able to perform all job
requirements with or without reasonable accommodations; remain in a stationary position during shift; move items weighing up to 25 pounds;
position self to operate job equipment; apply established protocols in a timely manner. Must access, input and retrieve information from
technology devices; communicate with others to accomplish job requirements. May be required to work after hours to include weekends and
holidays.
