The Robinson
College of Business is seeking a part-time Associate Director, Employer Relations (Temp) within the Undergraduate
Career Advancement Center (CAC). This position supports the development and execution of employer engagement strategies designed to expand
campus recruiting and employment opportunities for Robinson undergraduate students.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
The Associate Director (Temp) will lead proactive employer outreach efforts, strengthen corporate partnerships, and support CAC
initiatives including career fairs, campus recruiting, employer-sponsored programming, and industry engagement. The role also supervises the
Employer Relations Specialist responsible for coordinating career fairs and recruiting events.
This position will collaborate
closely with CAC leadership and the Office of Strategic Partnerships to support Robinson’s broader portfolio of employer partnerships,
talent recruitment initiatives, and experiential learning programs.
This position will primarily be based on the downtown Atlanta
campus. Travel of approximately 20-30% locally and regionally may be required. Occasional evening or weekend work may be
necessary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Employer Engagement and Relationship
Management (40%)
- Develop and implement employer outreach strategies to expand recruiting opportunities for Robinson
undergraduate students. - Cultivate and maintain corporate relationships that support internships, full-time employment, and employer
engagement activities. - Identify and elevate high-potential employer partners for broader Robinson College strategic partnership
opportunities. - Benchmark Robinson employer engagement practices against peer institutions and recommend
improvements. - Supervise the CAC Employer Relations Specialist.
Employer Brand and Recruitment Initiatives
(30%)
- Support initiatives that strengthen Robinson’s reputation among employer partners.
- Develop employer
communication materials including program profiles and recruiting guides. - Manage recruiting relationships that increase employer
participation in CAC programming.
Employment Market Insights (20%)
- Analyze employment trends and hiring
practices impacting undergraduate business graduates. - Identify priority employer targets aligned with Robinson academic
programs. - Develop processes to gather employer insights that inform student career preparation.
Events and Employer
Programs (10%)
- Lead planning and execution of employer engagement events, including targeted industry
programming. - Represent Robinson at career fairs, recruiting events, and professional conferences.
- Support CAC-wide events
and employer outreach initiatives. - Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
and five years of experience in university recruiting, career services, corporate recruiting, or a related field.
Preferred
Requirements:
- Five or more years of experience in university recruiting, career services, corporate recruiting, or a related
field. - Experience developing and managing employer or corporate relationships.
- Demonstrated project management and event
coordination experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using professional networking and
recruiting platforms such as Handshake, Salesforce, or LinkedIn.
Additional Preferred
Requirements:
- Experience working with faculty, university administrators, or advisory boards.
- Experience working
within higher education career services or corporate recruiting environments.
