duties.

Responsibilities:

• Open
  containers and measure or weigh ingredients.
• Mix dough, batter, and prepare baking tins for use.
• Pack baked items for
  delivery to dining facilities.
• Keep counters, shelves, racks and other equipment clean at all times.
• Observe safety and
  health regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation.
