Board Certified Behavior Analyst ((BCBA) – Remote Options AvailableAtlanta, GA (In-Clinic & In-Home), Nevada and Indianapolis INRemote Options Available (GA, NV, IN accepted)Full-Time/Part-time; Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 base + bonus potentialWe are hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a growing ABA organization supporting children with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
This role is ideal for newly certified BCBAs as well as experienced clinicians looking for flexibility, mentorship, and a supportive work environment.Comprehensive training, clinical guidance, and manageable caseloads are provided to help you succeed.Responsibilities• Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)• Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support skill development• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentationQualifications• BCBA certification (or certification pending within 3 months)• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field• Strong knowledge of ABA principles• New graduates encouraged to apply• Excellent communication and organizational skillsLicensure & Locations• BCBA licensure accepted in Georgia, Nevada, and Indiana• Opportunities available for:o In-home serviceso Clinic-based serviceso Remote/telehealth roles (where applicable)Benefits Include:• Health insurance• Paid Time Off (PTO)• Wellness stipend• Clinical mentorship and ongoing training• Strong administrative support
