Description

• Management and control of resources and business processes to achieve sustainable financial results and growth objectives Oversee the efficient operation of the equipment branch, ensuring optimal sales, service, and customer satisfaction within the agricultural equipment industry.

Duties and Responsibilities: –

• Provide Customer Service (marketing) 
• Administrative Control (loss control) 
• Inventory Management 
• Manage branch according to corporate business plan 
• Manage and develop staff
• Manage Branch Finance

Requirements

• Experience: 3 – 5 years related management experience in Agri trade environment
• Qualification: Relevant supervisory / middle management qualification
