Posting Summary
Rutgers University-Newark, an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise, is seeking Casual Non-Teaching Coadjutants through the Educational Opportunity Fund Program within the Academic Foundations Center.
The duties include but are not limited to the following;
* Coordinating either the English or Math component of the EOF Summer Program
* Developing and managing the course syllabus in the designated subject area and ensuring that the syllabus meets the program standards
* Reporting student learning outcomes, class reviews, and/or analyzing student data
* Hire and supervise instructors and tutors in designated subject area
* Develop tutoring schedule and oversee tutoring component
* Collaborating with colleagues on course curriculum, assignments, diagnostics, and activities
* Attending faculty, program, or other mandatory meetings, trainings, and orientations
* Other duties as assigned based on program

Minimum Education and Experience
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, as well as, must have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the subject area.
