CUSTODIAL STAFF, 2nd SHIFT

Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following full-time position: Custodial Staff, 2nd Shift in the Custodial Services Department.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience in the custodial field.

Preferred: A minimum of one (1) year experience in the custodial field.

Duties, include but are not limited to:

• Cleans all surfaces in assigned areas.
• Performs floor care in assigned areas.
• Removes waste from assigned areas.
• Maintains equipment and reports maintenance and supply needs.
• Provides exceptional customer service to all constituents, including faculty, staff, students, venders, visitors and the community using positive communication skills and established protocols.

Building/ Grounds Specialist II (KA10/61122341/FTE-S01136P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: GEN04. Minimum starting salary: $31,200.00. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.

Must have knowledge of best cleaning practices. Must be able to operate equipment used in providing custodial services. Must have good communication skills.
