Description

The overall purpose of the position is to provide
Supervision and Support for the day-to-day operations of all Dining Retail Operations on campus.

Example of
Duties

• Responsible for the daily operations of Cressy Marketplace & Willey’s Cafe.
• Manage Staff, among which includes
  Cooks, Cashiers, and Student Employees.
• Organizes work on area displays, merchandising, product development
  and
• promotions.
• Recruit, coach, counsel, and train employees.
• Maintain inventory controls and product
  pricing.
• Handles customer complaints, concerns, suggestions.
• Participates in day-to-day production within
  operations.
• Schedules both employees and students based on operational needs.
• Maintains all State and Federal Food Code and
  Safety Regulations.
• Ensures safe and proper handling of food and supplies.
• Maintains all area equipment, prepares work
  orders and assesses need for
• repairs and/or replacements.
• Reviews and Reconciles cash receipts, debit, credit transactions,
  ensures proper.
• Cash handling procedures, secures all monies.
• Works with Operations Manager on Profit & Loss Statements,
  making recommendations for changes where necessary.
• Processes Student Payroll for Cressy Marketplace & Willey’s
  Cafe.
• Provides assistance in Grab N Go Operations and Eagle After Hours as necessary.
• Provide assistance in Catering
  Operations in the absence of that Manager.
• Works with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Must be
  available to work (if needed) all shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Education: Associate’s
Degree in Business, Hospitality or related field required.
