Position Overview
Assist with the overall operations of student financial services, billing,
receivables, payments, and loan receivables of the College. More specifically to be responsible for the system integrity of the Workday
Student (WDS) application, and all other applications that support the Bursar’s Office, such as United Health Professionals, ECSI, and
Nelnet.

Key Responsibilities
- Workday administrator
responsible for implementing Workday delivered integrations, inbound EIB integrations and out bound EIB integrations. - Work cross
functionally with offices across campus that contribute to the final student billing statement. Meal plans, Room and Dorm Damages, Deposits,
Athletics - Maintain tuition and fee rate, billing parameters and refund tables.
- Implement and maintain all aspects of
e-billing and e-payment - In the absence of the Bursar and Director, first line supervisor of the Bursar’s Office
- Ensure
Technical Compliance with Federal and State regulations. - Disburse Financial Aid to student accounts according to federal and college
policies. - Maintain communications with students/families through Adhoc functionality of WDS
- Coordinate with Director of
Student Accounts all billing and collection related to Federal Perkins Loan and Endicott No Interest Loans with external service provider to
ensure compliance with federal regulations. - Update website, catalogs, brochures and all Workday business processes
(onboarding) - Process data for transfer to ECSI for the production of 1098T forms.
- Develop Workday reports for assisting the
Student Accounts Staff in collections of the College receivable. - Developing Workday Reporting for various offices across campus in
regards to a student’s financial status.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
experience. - 10 years of Experience working in Student Accounts Receivable.
- Workday Experience preferred.
- Knowledge
of Higher Ed principles, practices, procedures and Federal and State regulations. - Hands-on experience with an integrated
database. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written and oral communication
skills. - Ability to communicate and interact effectively with other departments on campus.
- Ability to work effectively with a
diverse population. - Familiar with the Google suite of products.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
products. - Excellent customer service skills.
In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary
range for this position is $100,000 – $110,000. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and
responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when
extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base salary
only and does not include benefits or other compensation.
