Job Description:

About the role:
- Inventory and catalog building equipment systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, controls, life safety, etc.
- Maintains and creates records and processes within computerized maintenance management system.
- Develop, plan, schedule, and implement Planned Maintenance (PM) and other management programs.
- Evaluates PM methods, products, and repair procedures and develops new or modify existing procedures.
- Reviews and interprets mechanical/electrical drawings for new and remodel construction projects.
- Coordinates projects for inspections, certifications, and repairs on buildings equipment systems.
- Provides technical support and other troubleshooting expertise to facilities maintenance personnel.
About you:
- Candidates with a strong knowledge of project management.
- The ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and instruction books.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to interact effectively and professionally with others.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
