19 hours per week, flexibility is required on evenings and weekends. 

FLSA status: non-exempt


Earliest Start Date: 04/01/2026

Salary: $33,600 annually.

Position Summary

Responsibilities include providing technical
support, developing scripts, creating and managing reports and dashboards, integrating systems using APIs, and conducting training sessions.
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. This
role offers flexible working hours and professional development opportunities.

Statement of Duties and
Responsibilities:
 


Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.

Assist in the development and
maintenance of scripts using JavaScript.


Create and manage reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.

Utilize DAX
(Data Analysis Expressions) to enhance Power BI reports and dashboards.


Integrate systems using APIs to ensure seamless data flow
and functionality.

Conduct training sessions.


Knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and able to learn and use
institutional software systems.

Complies with all State and University policies.


Other duties may be assigned.

Education: High School diploma


and

Experience: Strong problem-solving
skills and attention to detail.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience with JavaScript, Microsoft Power BI, DAX, and API integration.
