This is a non-benefited 40 hour a week position at UNH Interoperability Labs. UNH
Interoperability Labs (UNH-IOL) has been testing Networking and Communications since 1988. Fully owned by the University of New Hampshire,
the lab receives 100% of its funding from commercial companies in exchange for professional and testing services. Testing services include
areas such as Ethernets, xDSL, Storage, Wireless, and Internet Protocol (including IPv6).
Job Duties:
- Support the
technical requirements, setup, maintenance and operation of an assigned test service along with future test offerings. - Serve as a
tester for up to two basic level complexity small testing areas. - Work will customers during the testing process to resolve
issues. - Assist with documentation for test tools and test plans as assigned. Suggest and implement improvement SOPs and quality
documentation. - Assist with training and mentoring new employees on test service offerings.
Required
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Basic troubleshooting experience; ability to respond quickly and
isolate basic issues occurring during test services. - Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Effective oral
and written communication skills. - Basic experience creating technical documents

Qualifications
- Familiarity with a programming language
- Technical writing proficiency
- Ability to work both
independently as well as a member of a team

Compensation Pay Range:
$22-28/hour
