Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm, flexibility is required on evenings and weekends
FLSA status: Exempt
Earliest Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary: $40,480 annually

Position Summary
Under limited supervision,
provides advanced coordination and operational support for the School of Pharmacy. This position leads key academic and student-facing
initiatives, including program promotion, recruitment efforts, academic scheduling, and the planning and execution of major ceremonies and
events. The role requires independent decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and oversight of complex administrative processes
that support student success and academic operations.
Statement of Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports
the promotion of the School of Pharmacy through recruitment initiatives, outreach activities, and events.
Collaborates with internal
and external partners to enhance visibility and attract prospective students.
Assists with planning and execution of recruitment
events, campus visits, and outreach programming.
Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of major School of Pharmacy
ceremonies and events.
Develops event timelines, coordinates logistics, manages vendors, and oversees day-of execution.
Ensures events align with institutional standards and reflect the mission and culture of the School.
Independently develops
semester course schedules in collaboration with academic leadership.
Assigns and tracks faculty instructional effort (percent
effort) in coordination with department leadership.
Manages scheduling systems, including Goldmine and other institutional tools.
Develops and maintains color-block schedules and resolves scheduling conflicts.
Provides support for student registration
processes, including troubleshooting enrollment issues.
Conducts elective audits and assists with course updates and curriculum
tracking.
Supports advising efforts in coordination with student affairs staff.
Serves as a liaison with campus partners,
including the Registrar, Dean of Students Office, and other academic units.
Participates in School of Pharmacy and university
committees as assigned.
Represents the department in meetings and collaborative initiatives.
Provides advanced support to
the Senior Coordinator and Director of Student Affairs.
Assists with process improvement, workflow development, and implementation
of operational procedures.
May assist in training or guiding support staff and student workers.
Knowledge of all Microsoft
Office software and able to learn and use institutional software systems.
Complies with all State and University policies.
Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: May provide guidance or oversight to student workers
or administrative support staff as assigned.
