Job Summary:

This position is a team leader in the School of Business Advising Office, serving 6,500
undergraduate business majors. The individual will coordinate academic and graduation reviews by the team, develop and maintain professional
development opportunities, and be the primary advisor for the flipped advising model utilized in the School of Business. They will serve as
a certifying Dean’s Office official for final graduation review. The successful candidate will possess detailed knowledge of curriculum and
University policies and extensive academic advising and training experience.

Job Description:


  • Lead and supervise a
    team of academic advisors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and
    initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of academic advising across the institution.
  • Collaborate with faculty,
    staff, and academic departments to align academic advising practices with program requirements and curriculum changes.
  • Develop and
    implement policies, procedures, and best practices related to academic advising, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and
    regulations.
  • Coordinate the delivery of student support services.
  • Utilize data analysis and assessment tools to evaluate
    and report on the effectiveness of academic advising services.

Job Responsibilities:

Leads a team of academic
advisors, coordinates student support services, and collaborates with faculty and staff to ensure effective academic advising that promotes
student retention, progression, and graduation.

Bachelor’s

Compensation:



$62,441.60 – $93,641.60
