Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the People Solutions Desk team to
    provide high-quality, responsive support across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
  • Oversee employee-facing administrative
    processes, including job postings, timesheet review support, training compliance tracking, employee inquiries, and related lifecycle
    transactions.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource on HCM processes and compliance requirements, including I-9 administration and
    employee transaction support.
  • Manage financial and administrative processes,[PJ1]
    including initial financial approvals, purchasing support, vendor coordination, contract renewal tracking, One Card oversight, check deposit
    coordination, and monthly reporting.
  • Assist PCB Finance team with budget development, including financial modeling, headcount and
    salary modeling, and revenue and expense projections.
  • Use data, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor service levels, identify
    issues, and improve operational performance.
  • Leverage technology, automation, and generative AI to simplify workflows, reduce manual
    work, and improve speed, accuracy, and service quality.
  • Partner across the division to support projects, workspace logistics, and
    operational continuity, while reinforcing consistent standards and effective follow-through.

Required
Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of
    experience in administration, operations, HR support, shared services, or a related field.
  • Experience supervising staff and leading
    service-oriented work.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability
    to use data to monitor work, solve problems, and improve processes.
  • Strong proficiency with enterprise systems and digital
    tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Cloud and related HRIS/HCM
    platforms.
  • Experience using Tableau or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of Kronos or
    similar timekeeping systems.
  • Comfort using Microsoft 365, financial and procurement systems, and workflow automation
    tools.
  • Practical experience applying generative AI tools to improve administrative efficiency, drafting, summarization, knowledge
    capture, or process optimization.
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, data privacy, and governance in an administrative or
    employee-services environment.
