Join our Physical Medicine and Rehab practice at our MSK North office in Carmel, IN! This position is with our Spine Program. We are seeking a compassionate, innovative Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in collaboration with our multidisciplinary teams



Position Highlights:

  • Full time, Day Shift
    • Monday-Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm
    • No weekends or call 

  • Outpatient clinic providing care for patients including those with back pain and a variety of MSK issues
  • Join a dedicated team of 3 physicians and 1 APP 
  • No procedures


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required 
  • Must be BC or BE
  • Accepting ACNP, AGNP, CNS, FNP or PA certifications 
  • Experience in PM&R or Neuro is preffered
  • Ideal candidates are proactive, compassionate, critical thinkers, and good communicators.
