Position
Summary:

Position Description:


Provides administrative and operational support to Student Services and
campus Testing Centers. Assists with coordinating testing activities, maintaining testing procedures and documentation, and supporting
districtwide and campus-specific testing operations. Serves as a liaison between students, testing staff, and external testing agencies to
ensure accurate information, compliance, and efficient service delivery.


Job Duties:

  • Provides administrative
    support for campus Testing Centers and Student Services operations.
  • Assists with the coordination of testing policies, procedures,
    and programs at the campus and district level.
  • Supports national, state, and private testing programs by assisting with scheduling,
    documentation, reporting, and communication with testing agencies.
  • Supports Test Center staff, test proctors, and student assistants
    by coordinating assignments, materials, and schedules.
  • Helps ensure daily Testing Center operations meet student needs and
    institutional requirements.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

One-year of experience with Microsoft 365. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a
team. Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office applications are required.



Minimum Qualifications:

This
position requires a High School Diploma or GED.
