Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree
• Excellent customer service with strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
• Capacity to quickly address and shift between time-sensitive matters
• Strong interpersonal skills

License/Certification Required

Essential Job Functions

• Administers and proctors tests according to strictly prescribed guidelines and
• standards; checks examinee identification and rosters, distributes test materials,
• and monitors the conduct of examinees
• Assist in the execution of testing policies and procedures before, during and after
• testing
• Resolve problems or testing issues that may arise during testing sessions
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with office management including the handling of confidential
• documents
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

Work Schedule/Hours: Testing services are offered 8am-4pm, M-F. Hours may vary between 30-40 per week, depending on the testing schedule. This is a temporary position and not eligible for benefits. The target start date is July 13th, 2026 with an expected duration of 10-11 months.
