PROGRAM LEAD, CLIMATE, GLOBAL
PROGRAMS, MIT Solve, to serve as the program lead for Solve’s climate and sustainability portfolio, overseeing the design
and execution of annual Global Challenges and custom challenge programs in partnership with external clients; responsible for shaping
challenge strategies, identifying and engaging expert judges, evaluating solutions, and cultivating strong client and stakeholder
relationships; serve as Solve’s subject matter expert on climate and sustainability; advances community engagement by building partnerships
and representing Solve at key events, convenings, and networks, including across MIT.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree and
at least four years of experience in project management, partnerships, business development, or fundraising within social impact, nonprofit,
or mission-driven organizations; demonstrated knowledge of climate and sustainability issues, with experience in areas such as clean energy,
sustainable agriculture, ecosystem restoration, or urban resilience; solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills,
coupled with the ability to navigate complex challenges and identify strategic opportunities; proven ability to build and sustain
high-impact relationships, foster cross-functional collaboration, and lead initiatives that advance organizational goals and mission-driven
outcomes.
