Job Duties:
- Responsible for the planning and
execution of events based on the objectives of client. - Arrange for facilities and services for each assigned conference, including
follow-up on all details and coordination with appropriate service providers. - Oversee preparation of budgets, financial records and
statements, and monitor income and expenditures of each conference program. - Develop and maintain conference registration
websites. - Organize, coordinate and provide appropriate event details to campus partners.
- Coordinate group dining hall
reservations and billing. - Perform a wide range of responsibilities in support of program activities such as: group/conference dining
reservations, catering orders, scheduling and billing. - Prepare and process weekly billing and provide all required
reports. - Provide administrative support such as answering phones, responding to the general email, ordering supplies and managing
office inventory, depositing funds, producing reports and financial summaries. - Other duties as assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
- High school graduation and five years of related office experience or Associate’s degree and three years of
related experience or a combination of higher education and related experience equal to five years. - Proficiency in various computer
applications, including Microsoft Office. - Understanding of office practices, procedures and use of electronic equipment as required
by department. - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, customers, students, and the
general public.
Preferred Qualifications:
- College degree.
- Experience in the administrative functions of the
conference and catering industry.

Compensation Pay Range:
$16.05 – $26.37
