Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform or assist with routine data verification and quality
control, ensuring data integrity and consistency with prescribed study protocol.
Perform and/or assist with routine data analysis
and interpretation, as specifically assigned; may utilize specialized analytical equipment and/or instrumentation, or specified statistical
data analysis programs and software.
Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of research equipment, instrumentation, and/or
facilities, as specifically instructed.
Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality
improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards.
May lead, train, guide, and/or allocate work
to student employees, research assistants, and/or other research support personnel on specific aspects of research procedure, as appropriate
to the role.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Typical Qualifications

Minimum
Position Requirements (including years of experience, certifications, licenses, etc.):

PhD degree in Food Science with an emphasis
in Food/Nutritional Biochemistry Lab experience
