Description

• Hinterland is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Clerk to support daily retail operations by delivering excellent service and driving direct sales within the branch. This role plays an important part in ensuring customers receive professional product advice while contributing to the achievement of sales targets and overall branch performance.

Key Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
• Minimum 1 year experience in a direct sales environment
• Strong ability to assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Experience in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Good understanding of customer service principles and retail processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
