What You Will Learn

During your internship you will gain valuable experience in:

Processing customer sales orders.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Handling customer queries and resolving complaints professionally.
Maintaining and updating customer information.
Monitoring stock levels and participating in stock counts.
Working on a production management system.
Coordinating artwork, samples, and product designs.
Understanding work tickets, quality assurance processes, and the importance of meeting customer delivery deadlines.
Developing commercial awareness and understanding how Sales contributes to business success.
