Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in Vehicle Sales Management (previous experience selling Chinese brands will be advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Proven networker with strong industry connections
- Track record of consistently meeting monthly sales targets
- High attention to detail, organised & structured
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Fluent in Afrikaans & English
- Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
- Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
- Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial expertise
- Must have valid unendorsed drivers license (Code 08)
- Clear criminal record
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales activities to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence.
- Manage customer relationships with a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee finances, administration, and departmental reporting with precision.
- Conduct resource planning and staff development to build a high-performing team.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver results and exceed objectives.
- Ensure compliance with dealer and company standards, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
