Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in Vehicle Sales Management (previous experience selling Chinese brands will be advantageous)
  • Computer literate
  • Proven networker with strong industry connections
  • Track record of consistently meeting monthly sales targets
  • High attention to detail, organised & structured
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Fluent in Afrikaans & English
  • Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
  • Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
  • Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial expertise
  • Must have valid unendorsed drivers license (Code 08)
  • Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Plan and implement sales activities to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence.
  • Manage customer relationships with a customer-first approach, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee finances, administration, and departmental reporting with precision.
  • Conduct resource planning and staff development to build a high-performing team.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver results and exceed objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with dealer and company standards, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
