Primary Purpose of the Position:
The primary purpose of the Space Management Coordinator is to coordinate the effective allocation, use, and tracking of university space to support academic, administrative, and operational needs. The position maintains accurate space inventories, evaluates space requests and utilization, coordinates office assignments and relocations, and collaborates with campus departments to ensure space is used efficiently and aligns with university priorities.

Preferred Years Experience,Skills, Training , Education:


  • Experience in higher education.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or space management software.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Familiarity with state construction and space utilization guidelines.
