Student Technology Success Coach, Title III ICare Grant

Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) is a two -year community/technical college that offers more
than 75 associate degree, diploma, and certificate programs for students who are either seeking quick entry into the workforce or desiring
to transfer to a senior institution to pursue a bachelor’s degree. HGTC offers three convenient campus locations in South Carolina,
including Myrtle Beach, Conway and Georgetown.

The Academic Services Department at Horry-Georgetown Technical College is seeking
candidates for a full-time temporary grant Student Technology Success Coach, Title III position. The selected candidate will be responsible
for providing an enhanced continuum of technology support to students. The Coach will support student proficiency in essential resources
within myHGTC, such as D2L, Microsoft software, and the third-party learning platforms as well as provide learning center support services
related to technology literacy skills. The position will report directly to the Director of SSTC.

Advertised Salary:

$39,300 (Minimum)- $53,100 (Midpoint)

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and experience in student services
programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and experience in academic and student support services for
college students as well as knowledge in Microsoft software and D2L. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer
service and technology skills. Knowledge in Microsoft software and D2L.
