Job Duties:
Specific duties and roles will vary, but will include customer service support, scheduling events/appointments, set up and supervising outside rentals, coordinating and staffing the box office before and after productions, and providing support to permanent employees and staff in the Solution Center, along with other general office support functions.
Shift: Position will work Monday and Friday, between the hours of 7:45am-4:30pm, but will have night and weekend hours depending on box office production needs.
Duration: Generally less than six months; could be up to a year

The campus lies on the western edge of Marshfield, WI, a city with a population of around 20,000. In addition, to a two-year general education curriculum specializing in offering courses toward the Associate of Arts and Sciences degree and transfer into a four-year institution, UW-Stevens Point at Marshfield offers several collaborative bachelor degree opportunities in conjunction with other UW System institutions.
Compensation:
$18.00/hour
Required Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and written and oral communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and to make independent decisions
- Ability to learn all computer software and programs related to areas of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Experience working in higher education, or an educational setting
