Job Summary
The Test Proctor is responsible for administering and proctoring all testing for internal and external students.
Responsible for demonstrating LSSC’s core values of Caring, Communicating, Collaborating, and Celebrating when interacting with students, employees, visitors, and community members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- include, but are not limited to the following:
- The position requires a flexible work schedule. Monday through Thursday, with evening hours as needed.
- Administer and proctor all testing.
- Responsible for distributing and collecting all test materials.
- Provide accommodations to students with disabilities.
- Maintain current certification status on all tests administered by successfully completing the periodic required vendors’ training (Pearson Vue, CLEP, TEAS, and others).
- Enter data into the management system containing specialized technical terminology and other information (Banner, Soatest, Spaiden, etc.).
- Work with faculty on classroom testing for make-up tests.
- Adhere to all testing policies and procedures.
- Ensure a clean and safe workspace.
- Attend all meetings and training sessions as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Knowledge of computer database systems, technologies, and accommodative testing procedures.

Minimum Qualifications & Education
- Required:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years clerical/student-facing experience
- Preferred:
- Associate Degree
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook, WORD, EXCEL
