Visiting Part-Time Faculty Position in Education


Description
The Department of Education at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a visiting part-time faculty position to teach one course during the Fall 2026 semester to begin in August 2026. The course will be a 200-level survey course in Elementary Education (grades k-6).


There are no employee benefits associated with this part-time visiting faculty position. Compensation for teaching one course in the Fall 2026 semester is $8,000.00.



The College will not support H-1B visa applications that require the $100,000 employer fee.


QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching and inclusive pedagogies as informed by current practice and scholarship in the field. Candidates must have attained, at minimum, the practitioner level of Instructional Coach or above.
