The Withdrawal Calculation Processor is responsible for completing return to title IV and Institutional calculations for students who meet the criteria of withdrawing from a program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Determine student’s eligibility for federal loans and Pell upon withdrawal based on DOE compliance
  • Communicate timely with students eligible for post withdrawal disbursements
  • Accurately determine institutional charges based on Full Sail’s refund policy
  • Communicate balances or credits to student in timely manner
  • Stays current on federal updates and policies
  • Communicates effectively with other departments

  • Adheres to policies and procedures of Full Sail University
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of Company and personnel information
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
  • Adheres to Company attendance standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and innovative writing ability, including proofreading and editing for grammar and punctuation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment

Education and/or Experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
  • Previous experience in Student Accounting or Financial Aid.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: n/a

Computer/Equipment Skills:


  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook with high proficiency using Excel
  • Prior experience using Campus Vue Management software

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the
employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee
communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter
alphanumeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
